About Jacqueline Davis
I have 28-years experience of working in the voluntary sector as CEO, trustee, consultant, fundraiser, trainer and coach. I am a chartered director with post graduate qualifications in governance and voluntary sector leadership and management. I have a Masters degree in psychological coaching and post graduate diploma in executive coaching and mentoring.
I can help you and your teams to expand your thinking to explore the systemic nature of your issues and reframe to create new solutions and ways of thinking, acting and being.
As an experienced NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner with skills in somatic experiencing I support my clients to notice the connection between thoughts and feelings. I guide them to notice their body language, internal sensations and identify the triggers of anxiety, stress and also peace and confidence.

Working as your coach I will support you to build new leadership capabilities and resources to equip you to retain the clarity of vision and calm confidence to lead your team through todays Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world. We begin by exploring what a successful coaching outcome will look like for you. This might be performance based with clear, measurable goals and milestones or softer transferable skills such as resilience, confidence or relationship building.
As your coach I will ask insightful questions to help you explore the meaning you are making of a situation. From here we can explore new perspectives and consider new meanings that emerge.
