Jacqueline Davis FIoD Leadership and Executive Coach, Trainer and Facilitator

Who am I        I am first and foremost a mother of two wonderful young men.  I am a dancer, a yogi and practice daily mindfulness.  I believe that when we follow our heart and do what we love we do our best work.  I love helping people to do this and so I coach.

My qualifications        I graduated from the University of Essex with a 2:1 in Sociology and since then I have never stopped learning.  I now have post-graduate qualifications in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Psychological Coaching, Governance and Company Direction and Leadership and Management.

I was very fortunate to meet Dr Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna and under their guidance I  trained as a master hypnotic practitioner and trainer of NLP.  When I returned from my trainer training in Florida I was invited to join the team as a training assistant.  This was an amazing opportunity to experience the training of Richard Bandler over and over again and each session took my learning to a new level.

I have studied at Ashridge Business School, Institute of Directors, Metanioa Institute, University of Essex, Goldsmiths University and Management Futures.

My business experience                   I was the CEO of a media arts charity for 18 years.  I was recruited when the organisation had lost its’ funding and closed its’ doors.  This was an exciting challenge and I built the organisation up from a turnover of £30k to an income of over £1.3 million per year to become London’s premier media centre.

I am a Chartered Director accredited by the Institute of Directors and an interviewer and workshop facilitator for their professional development team.  I am very privileged to meet inspirational business leaders and hear their strategies for success and good governance.

I am a trustee of Ealing CVS and work with voluntary sector boards to develop and implement good governance and strategy.

Empowering others                 At university I was involved in a filmmaking co-operative and  I became fascinated by the power of story-telling through film.   I went on to train young people to tell their stories through the medium of film.  This proved to be a therapeutic process for them and I  witnessed their confidence grow as people took an interest in the stories they projected on the screen.

Why I became a coach                  I realised that the stories and films that we create in our heads will influence the way we interact with our external environment.  In 2005 I attended an NLP seminar and at the end of the day the world seemed to have changed.  Of course the world hadn’t changed but the way that I perceived the world had.

I always aim to do my best and wherever I worked I tended to be promoted  quickly and nearly always without training.  I would step up and achieve but the effort this took and the stress it placed me under impacted on all areas of my life. The breakthrough for me was when I realised that it was the way that I thought about things that created the stress.  Through coaching I realised I had the power to choose to live a happy and stress-free life.

We all have this power of choice and I now share these techniques with you.  The speed at which my clients achieve the life they want never ceases to amaze me.

My coaching experience                          I have trained with some of the world’s top coaches including Richard Bandler, Tony Robbins, Paul McKenna, Michael Neil, John La Valle, Jenny Rogers and John De Martini.

I have coached 1,000’s of people to achieve success.  I have worked with sole traders, artists, performers, CEOs, MDs, boards of directors, senior management teams, charities and blue chip companies. My  clients come from a wide range of backgrounds but they all have something in common – they want change and they know that they need to change themselves to achieve it.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching and abide by their code of ethics.  I am the facilitator for the West London co-coaching forum the co-coaching regional lead for Berkshire, London and Surrey.
